To provide participants with the most important concepts related to small business management, including the definition of a small enterprise, its characteristics, the main fields for such ventures, and the risks they face.

Funding Sources for Small Businesses
Selecting the Business Location
Procurement & Inventory Management
Marketing in Small Businesses
The Relationship of These Businesses with the Government or Donor Organizations
Training Method

Lectures, dialogue & discussion, work groups, case studies and practical exercises, in addition to the use of administrative game groups.

Target Population

All age groups, both genders, capable of managing these projects — with a particular focus on the 18 to 40 age group.
