Course Goal

This 30-hour, one-week course aims at acquainting participants with the up-to-date Air Transport Policies concepts of air transport national policy, regional policy, international policy, strategic planning, traffic rights, liberalization and open sky policies of air transport. Also enhancing participants' skills, knowledge and capabilities so as to cope with the recent development in issues related to air transport and civil aviation industry.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand strategic planning principals.
  • Understand the methods of air transport local policy.
  • Understand the methods of air transport regional policy.
  • Understand the methods of air transport international policy.
  • Acquire basic knowledge air transport liberalization and open sky policy.
  • Acquire a good idea about international organizations related to civil aviation.
  • Familiarize participants with new technology and new development in the field of air transport marketing.
